
Greg is a fitness instructor with the Singapore Sports Council. He is extremely patient with his clients and works hard to close the gap between science and training. Through years of weight training Greg has learnt the secrets to obtaining a lean and toned physique and he has the body to prove it! He then applies this real world fitness knowledge to help his clients achieve their fitness targets.
Greg is a sprinter and aspires to be a top track and field coach. He holds a SSC Fitness Instructors’ Course Certificate and is completing his Degree in Sports Science.
